One of TeamBath's Warm Up routines

• C and D pass the balls to A & B

Figure 2
• A & B return their balls to C & D.
• D turns around!!

Figure 3
• A runs diagonally through C & D and receives the ball from D.
• B runs to her right to receive a pass from C

Figure 4
• A & B return their balls to D & C and C turns around

Figure 5
• Now it's B's turn to run diagonally through and receive a pass from D
• At the same time, A runs to her left to receive from C

• A & B return their balls to C & D, D turns around

Figure 7
• A runs diagonally through C & D and receives the ball from D.
• B runs to her left to receive a pass from C
• A & B return their balls

Figure 8
• A runs diagonally through C & D and receives the ball from D.
• A is followed by B and the routine continues.

Coaching Points

• Once the players get the pattern of the routine, the types of passes
can be changed and the players in the middle could experiment by giving back handed balls without turning around.
