TIP OF THE MONTH

PARALLEL PASS Centre Pass

The C passes the ball to the GA, (pass 1).
The GA passes a PARALLEL PASS to the GD, (pass 2).
The WA then drops back into the pocket to receive from the GD, (pass 3).
The GS shapes to come forward and then drops back under the post, to receive
the ball from the WA, (pass 4).

Coaching Points
Players must be aware of each other, otherwise they could get in each other's way!!

The GS could just come out on a dummy run and the WA could hit the GA who has made her
drive into the circle.

Can you do the same kind of move using the WA so she passes to the WD.
Where does the ball go next? Who moves where?
