Here's an exercise Mary Bearwood used in one of her excellent workshops,
and I hope she doesn't mind if I use it here.

  • Players work in 2's
  • They have to keep 4/5 balloons in the air, all at the same time
  • They have to communicate with each other and tell each other which balloon is getting close to the ground
  • As the players get the hang of the exercise you can introduce more balloons
  • You can decide how long to keep your players working for.
  • An unusual exercise, but one that really gets your players going and one that helps them with their fitness, reactions and team work!!
